Annual Victoria Commons Homeowners Association dues are $400 and due on or before May 1 each year. Payments received after May 1 are subject to a $25 monthly late fee, which increases each month the balance remains unpaid. Please refer to your annual dues notice for additional payment information. Homeowners may also elect to make two $200 payments in accordance with the Association’s payment terms.
