Can I pay my assessment online?
Yes. Our website links to the resident portal. This is the payment portal your Association uses and you can pay through their site. If you have any questions during the payment process, please email board of directors.
Can other people see information specific to my account?
No, by signing into your community web site with your username/password, you are the only person who can see your account.
If I have questions about the website or want to make a request, who do I contact?
You can contact the web administrator by going to the “E-Forms” link under the Contact menu. You will fill out a brief form and it will be emailed to the administrator.
How do I reach VCHOA and my community manager?
Go to the “Contacts” page to find VCHOA’s contact information.
If I forget my password what do I do?
If you go to the Sign-In page, there is a link that says “If you have forgotten your sign-in name and password…” Click on this link and it will send your login name and password to your email account.
I am a renter, do I have a website account?
Renters will have a separate account from homeowners that will allow them to get into certain areas of the website.
How do I receive notices about the community?
This website contains a messenger service that allows board members to send you important updates about your community. They will also continue to notify you through mailings. You will also want to keep an eye on the Discussion Forums to see what’s going on in your community.
Can I submit for community pool rental online?
Yes. A Pool Rental Form is required. You can submit your request by locating the Contacts option and selecting E-Forms from the drop-down list. Be sure to attach all required documents and/or info before clicking the submit button.
